Privacy notice
Who is responsible
Faraday Grup Enerji ve Gemicilik Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. (address above) is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: info@faradayinduction.com.
Enquiries
When you write to us by e-mail or WhatsApp, we use your name, contact details and the technical information you send (nameplate photos, part numbers, descriptions) to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Business contact data
We contact companies in the induction, foundry and steel sector about our products. For this we use business contact data — name, job title, company and business e-mail address — taken from public sources such as company websites and industry association directories. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in business-to-business marketing, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Objection
You can object at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or writing to info@faradayinduction.com. We then stop contacting you and keep only your e-mail address on a suppression list, so that it is not used again.
Storage
Correspondence about enquiries and orders is kept as long as commercial and tax law requires. Contact data used for outreach is deleted when you object or when it is no longer needed.
Recipients and location
Faraday Group is located in Türkiye, and your data is processed there. It is shared only with our e-mail and hosting providers and, where needed for an order, with manufacturers and carriers. If you contact us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp/Meta processes the data under its own terms.
This website
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or third-party fonts and scripts. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and operation.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to object, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
